Alex Mirzaian

Alex Mirzaian has been involved in Real Estate for over 10 years joining CBRE Parramatta office
in February 2013 following his time working at a local residential agency.

Alex’s diverse experience has given him broad exposure to many different aspects of the
property market. Alex is well known for his perseverance, relationships, and creative problem
solving. Capability to achieve results in all cycles of the property market, using clear and
structures sales processes to maximise results for his clients.

Alex specialises geographically across western Sydney and has represented a number of wellknown
private clients, major residential developers, offshore international Asian investors,
religious & community organisations, government agencies and receivers.

He has undertaken advanced studies at Western Sydney University completing a Master’s
Degree in Commerce, Property Investment and Development. This education along with his
practical experience in the field allows him to conduct transactions efficiently for his clients
consistently delivering above market results. In 2015, Alex was awarded The REINSW’s
prestigious “Rising Star” Award.
