Andrew Knapton

Andrew is a director of the company along with his brothers Lee and Luke. He joined the family business in 1988 after spending 3 years as a tradesperson. Upon realising his passion for property, he soon turned his talents to real estate property management. His prior training and experience have given Andrew a wealth of knowledge as to what is required to properly maintain a rental property. Regular property inspections are a must, while constant communications with landlords together with regular rental reviews ensure that your investment is achieving its maximum return. After all: the higher the return, the higher the eventual sale price. Andrew’s continuing education allows him to keep abreast of changing legislation to ensure your property remains compliant at all times. As our senior property manager, Andrew’s main aim is to minimise your expenses and vacancy rates and maximise your net return.
