Andrew began his Real Estate Agency career in the UK in 1983 and has had over 35 years’ experience in the Property Market. In 1996 he gained a Diploma in Management Studies issued by the Institution of Supervisory Management (UK) and has held his Australian Real Estate licence for 23 years.
He has had experience selling a wide range of properties in both Australia and the UK (including new developments off-plan & plots of land). He has been involved with Residential Sales, Property Management and Industrial Commercial properties. He has also owned his own Real Estate Company in the UK which he sold in order to move to Australia. Andrew was the principal of Cremorne First National for 19 years before joining forces with Stone Real Estate to expand the business.
Andrew continues his professional qualifications & development by attending diverse and leading edge range of courses to further his knowledge and experience in the marketing, auction and sale of properties in Cremorne, Mosman Neutral Bay, Lower North Shore and the Northern Beaches.
He believes his negotiation skills to be exceptional and of a high calibre. He is very enthusiastic and gets great satisfaction from selling real estate. He believes this is demonstrated in his day to day negotiations with clients. He is committed to his Vendors and will act in their best interests at all times.
He is interested in a wide variety of sports but his recent achievements include competing in multiple Ironman events in Australia and overseas, Oxfam fundraiser 100kmTrailwalker (2009 & 2011), Wild Endurance fundraiser 100km Blue Mountains and playing squash at State 1 level NSW. He also enjoys cycling, running marathons, and golf and lives locally with his wife whom he has been married to for 28 years and has 3 children.
Andrew is known for his friendly, open and honest nature and has extensive knowledge of all aspects of real estate, coupled with his local knowledge of the lower north shore, this allows him to provide a superior and exceptional service to his many clients.
