Born and bred in South Canterbury, Anna was thrilled to move to Geraldine in 2015 when her husband Simon became Principal of Geraldine High School as she knew it would be a brilliant place for their family of two, now teenage girls, Zara and Emily, to experience a fantastic quality of life, and a strong sense of community.  
  
Anna’s ‘big’ on community, having coached and managed numerous local sports teams, been a past member of the Geraldine Amateur Swim Club Committee and Geraldine Primary School’s Parents and Friends Association, as well as being a contestant in the inaugural ‘Dancing Like the Stars’!  She is currently assisting Geraldine Combined Sports obtain funding for the Geraldine Domain Redevelopment Project, is a Peel Forest Outdoor Centre Board member, a member of Craighead Diocesan Schools’ Sports Council and Old Girls Committee.    
  
She entered into real estate after a successful 25 year career supporting New Zealand’s community, sport and recreation sectors with everything from funding, to feasibility studies, community consultation, research, and project management.  Initially as a local government employee, then as a senior consultant through her own consultancy business ‘Coleman Consultancy Ltd.’ for the last 18 years.    
  
Together with her husband, Anna has bought and sold several properties, owned and managed rental properties, relocated and renovated a 100 year old villa onto a lifestyle block, and recently built their dream family home on the Geraldine Downs.  Her varied property experience and knowledge, enables her to fully empathise with buyers and sellers having experienced first-hand the significant difference that great, and not so great, real estate service can make.  
  
Anna thrives on challenge, and with daughters that aren’t far off flying the coop, she knew the time was right to make a change.   Real estate has always appealed to Anna, as it combines her passions for people, property and community, enabling her to continue helping others, and continue contributing to a thriving local community.
