I have been a licenced real estate agent since 1983 & been licencee of my own practice since 1984. I opened my own practice trading as Bradfield & Prichard Bondi Junction, in 1984 & very shortly thereafter I commenced my working relationship with the Public Trustee. In 1991 I joined the Century 21 group trading as Century 21 Tony Moses, in Bondi Junction together with my wife Kerry who was my joint director & property manager. Kerry had performed this duty since 1984 with my company. I have continued my working relationship with yourselves from 1984 & did act on your behalf with a unit in Simpson St Bondi in early 2012. Mr Damien Warren of the NSWTG did suggest that I tender for your panel & I did so at the time.I was originally introduced to yourselves in 1985 by Mr Tony Steinmetz who progressed up to deputy Public Trustee of NSW before moving to QLD where he held the position of Public Trustee of QLD until his retirement. The owner of the subject property, Mr Peter Jobson, my company has had an ongoing relationship with him since 1985 & have transacted all of his reall estate matters as well as assisting him in his personal financial matters. My most recent discussion with Peter, at his nursing home, he is most adamant that I should sell his home in Bronte should that time arrive. We have been appointed to sell a dilapidated freestanding cottage, in Queens Park scheduled for auction on 1st December 2018 that will appear on domain.com.au later next week, once we are in receipt of the relative Contract of Sale. The subject property would make an excellent option to the Queens Park property & a Bronte property, of similar appeal will in no way affect the others standing in the market. Both prime locations but entirely different appeal to the buyers. Our selling fee for acting in this matter would be 1.5% ( includes GST) Marketing expenses would be $4242 ( includes GST) OR $6876( includes GST) should you choose to add a three week 1/4 page ad. in the Wentworth Courier.
