Ari Pobert brings over 14 years of combined experience in real estate and mortgage broking, offering a practical understanding of property, finance and the decisions involved in a successful sale.

Before entering real estate, Ari worked as a business analyst, developing analytical, planning and problem-solving skills that now inform his property appraisals and sales strategies. He continues to invest in professional development, including regular training through real estate coach Tom Panos, to keep his marketing, negotiation and client service skills current.

As Director of Local Property Agent, Ari takes a hands-on approach to every campaign, from appraisal and property preparation through to marketing, buyer negotiation and settlement. He combines local market knowledge with targeted marketing and careful buyer follow-up to achieve the best possible result for each property.

Ari’s approach is grounded in integrity, transparency and accountability. He provides clear pricing advice, regular progress reports and straightforward recommendations, helping clients and their representatives make informed decisions throughout the sale. He recognises the importance of discretion, accurate documentation and sensitivity when a sale involves complex or personal circumstances.

His multilingual skills help him connect with Sydney’s diverse community and communicate with a broad range of buyers. Ari speaks English, Indonesian, Mandarin, Tio Ciu, Hokkien, Hakka and Malay, with conversational Cantonese.
