Belinda Clemesha

Belinda Clemesha grew up in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and commenced her career in Real Estate in 1987. In 1993 Belinda joined Sam Capra in starting up a new office for Ray White in Bondi Junction and soon established herself as a consistent and professional salesperson in the area, contributing to the success and growth of the business. As a fully licensed Real Estate agent and Auctioneer, Belinda’s sales achievements have been recognised by the Ray White network by way of an Outstanding Salesperson Award, membership to Alan White Club (for a high level of sales achievement) and induction to Ray White’s Elite Performers group. In July 2003 Belinda became a co-director of the business and was instrumental in establishing their second office Ray White Coogee – which is now known as Ray White Parkcoast  - located at 126 Avoca Street, Randwick.
 With a reputation for sales excellence based on a consistent sales record, honesty, enthusiasm and a commitment to achieving premium results for her vendors. Belinda has sold a diverse variety of Eastern Suburbs property during her career. Belinda works hard to ensure the best possible result for her vendors and the repeat and referred business she receives is a testament to that.
