Principal and leader of both the Concord and Drummoyne offices and Founder and Managing Director of Horwood Nolan, Ben is widely recognised as one of the Inner West’s leading estate agents and has been ranked in the top 100 agents in Australia. After more than 10 years of owning the business and servicing the local market, Ben's is a familiar face to most residents and he is a prominent figure in the local real estate market. He has built his strong reputation by playing it straight and always putting his clients interests first. Specialising in auction and prestige home sales with a consistent record of clearance rates above 90% and negotiating multimillion dollar record sales, Ben’s clients are treated to a first class real estate experience every single time. With vast experience and expertise in building and renovating himself, Ben thoroughly enjoys the design aspect of the process and gets genuinely excited about assisting his clients improve the value of their property prior to sale. Ben grew up in the area and currently lives here with his Wife Melissa and 3 children. On the odd occasion Ben is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his young family and is an avid sports fan. He plays golf at Concord and also follows cricket, rugby, NRL, AFL and racing.
