Brad commenced his real estate career as a property management professional, working closely with his portfolio of clients to manage their investment properties. In 2015, Brad made the move into real estate sales, believing his strong client management and problem-solving skills, gained through his Property Management role, would stand him in great stead to be an effective Sales Consultant. Since then, Brad has never looked back, and has worked hard to build his sales career through effectively serving the needs of his clients, and running smooth and successful property sales campaigns. His focus is on doing the very best for his clients: - structuring the best sales strategy, clear and concise communication, building great relationships, constant follow-up, and negotiating for a top result.
