Brad is one of our Managing Directors and a specialist in sales and marketing in Residential Sales, Business Brokering, Hotel Brokering and Commercial/Industrial Sales and Leasing. Brad has been in real estate for over 10 years and holds two university degrees: Bachelor of Business and Graduate Diploma of Property. Brad is currently in the process of gaining accreditation from the Australian Property Institute (API) to become a Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV).
Being an all-rounder within the business, Brad has a natural, friendly, easy going approach and focuses heavily on the relationship management of his clients - both vendors and buyers. Brad is a proud long-term resident of Adamstown and has sold properties all over The Hunter and assisted commercial/businesses clients all over New Sales Wales.
In a previous work life Brad held various national sales and marketing management roles with three national sporting bodies being the Newcastle Knights - NRL, QLD Reds - Super Rugby and Newcastle Jets - A league. Brads broader business knowledge and previous work/life experiences have played a major part in the way he presents and lists properties and/or businesses for sale.
