Difficulty finding a reliable agency, constant staff turnover, poor communication, low transparency and high fees are pretty much universal. Property management is all we do. We don’t have a sales division to distract us from our mission to provide the most responsive, transparent and personalised service in the country! All our clients are assigned a senior, dedicated Investor Support Manager who is 100% focused on maximising their rentals returns. Brett is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent and is experienced in the sales and management of a wide range of properties. He has had great success in both commercial and residential sales and rentals and has been extensively involved in project marketing not only in Australia but also abroad in Middle Eastern regions such as Bahrain, Dubai, Qatar and Muscat. Brett’s experience of 17 years in the industry has him well equipped to negotiate at all levels achieving the best results for his clients every time. He believes a straight-forward, honest and ethical approach when dealing with clients is the key to successful business dealings which is reflected by the high volume of referral business that comes his way.
