I entered the Real Estate industry in 1985 after selling my interest in a warehousing and distribution company we founded in 1977. Since 1992, I have been a Director of Frank Paull Real Estate Pty Ltd. From 1992 until 2012 we were part of the First National Network, during which time I served as State Chairman and also as a National Director. During my 5 years on the National Board, I filled the position of Chairman of the National Marketing Committee. In late 2012 we decided to rebrand as Speechley Property and become independent.
