Chad Parham

Chad is a third generation Licensed Real Estate Agent who has worked within the industry since the early 1990’s. Prior to joining the Real Estate profession, he was apprenticed as a carpenter within the building industry and also studied for his Builders Registration before making the decision to market commercial property, rather than build it. Chad holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree within the Property and Valuation stream from Curtin University and has a wealth of expertise in Commercial Asset Management, Sales and Leasing. He is an accomplished Strata Company (Body Corporate) Manager with responsibility of managing complexes comprising in excess of 100 units as well as smaller investment complexes. Having a sound knowledge of Computer Trust Accounting packages being used within the Commercial industry enables Chad to provide property investor clients with timely, reliable and relevant asset management information. Chad is active in metropolitan Commercial and Industrial areas with considerable knowledge of market pricing, trends, Sales, Leases and Developments of Commercial and Industrial Real Estate. Chad is the License Holder and Managing Director of Commercial Industrial Property Group (CIPG). He is responsible for the oversight of the Company and day-to-day operations. Whether his task be to find or sell a large commercial land or building facility or a moderately priced business property, Chad steps into this task with full commitment. His market place knowledge, comprehensive and attentive service make his clients feel well looked after, while his marketing insights get sellers the exposure and price they deserve.
