My background spans across the financial and tax accounting sector with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting and double IT Majors) and a qualified CPA to effectively run the financial departments for an array of high-net-worth companies in Australia over a decade, as well as a senior tax consultant for a well-known tax specialist for over 3 years.   This experience has provided me with an exceptionally unique skillset, understanding property tax, super and investment strategies, offering a point of difference when clients are making crucial financial and investment decisions. 

In personal level, I’ve been passionate about property and have own investment experience over 20 years cross various states and investment types (such as off plan, land, existing house and apartment). I understand various state regulations about property.

In RE professional level, throughout my 5 years’ real estate career, I have focused on Off the Plan Development Sales and Residential Apartment and Home Sales. Recently, I sold a list of properties both on my own and shared a few with colleagues. One of examples is “No 16 Margaret Street GRANVILLE”, it sold at 1.2715 million record price late June and no other local agents have yet broken the record for single level house of similar size in the area. I achieved it through hard work, knowing every client and great service, well preparation prior auction and full step process. I have various satisfactory clients that leaves me feedbacks, praised my professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness, hard work and more.
