Cheryle Rainey

Cheryle kicked off her real estate career in 1993 in a small agency in Yokine as a Receptionist. Even from this early age, her desire to constantly challenge and improve herself was evident and she gradually worked her way from Receptionist to Sales Administrator then to Property Managers Assistant. In 1995 she completed her Property Management Licence and secured her first role as a Property Manager. The next 10+ years saw Cheryle steadily working and learning many lessons in Property Management. She also juggled working with raising her 2 children as well. Her desire to succeed then led her to Department Manager Roles, until 2010 when Cheryle was asked to be a guest speaker at the Leading Property Managers of Australia Conference in Sydney. This honour then took her on her next journey of becoming a Property Management Consultant and Trainer with a highly respected major Australian Franchise Group. Having worked in the majority of roles within an Agency it was time to fulfil her goal of owning an Agency and obtaining her Triennial Certificate to operate an Agency. This goal was achieved in early 2012 when she became Principal of a franchised Ray White Agency. Selling this in 2017 Cheryle then went independent and started Elite Property Perth. Diving into sales in 2012 she was instrumental in the selling of the Bullsbrook Landing Estate and also became specialised in Mortgagee in Possession sales.
