RICHARDSON & WRENCH STRATHFIELD – BRIEF COMPANY PROFILE 1858 marks the year that Mr R.P.Richardson & Mr E.T.Wrench established what is now respected as one of the oldest and most successful Real Estate Agencies in Australia. Chris Virgona and his family became the proprietors of Richardson & Wrench Strathfield in September 1986. Through hard work and friendly service, Chris strove to make it one of the best performing offices in this district. Through a commitment to client and customer service, the rent roll continued to grow, and alongside this, the office began to amass Richardson & Wrench Sales Awards. In 1993, Chris strengthened the agency by forming a partnership with Abraham Gench, the former proprietor of L.J. Hooker Strathfield, and continued the successful growth of the office. In the last 33 years, Chris and the team have consistently achieved recognition within the Richardson & Wrench network as high performers and are listed in the top 10% of Salespeople. The office has been ranked as high as 6th in the R & W network and Chris is regularly ranked in the top 5 Principals in the network. Along with Chris the sales team, is comprised of, Paul Galassi, Lawrence Chong, Adrian Galassi, John O'Rourke and Ghassan Awit. Together they have a combined local selling experience of over 100 years.
