These include: • Dainford (Resort Hotels of Australia) • Sheraton International • Inter Continental Hotels and Resorts Con has also held a number of part time teaching positions at: • International Hotel School (University- Manly) – lecturing in Food and Beverage Cost control systems • Careers Business College – lecturing in Front Office, Food & Beverage Management and Hotel Accounting • UTS (University of Technology Sydney) – lecturing in Food & Beverage Control Systems and Purchasing procedures for students in the Bachelor of Business (Hotel Management) This vast experience has allowed Con to develop a full understanding of the complexities involved in the sale and purchase of Commercial Investment properties, Hotel/Tourism/Resorts, Cafes/Restaurants/Function Centres and Development sites on all levels. Con has also undertaken a number of property consultant assignments for local and overseas clients.
