Dan Dwan

Dan partnered the start of boutique real estate consultancy business Diversified Properties in Toowoomba in 2001 working in depth among a strong Office, Retail and Industrial Commercial Sales and Leasing market. Later, Dan joined the Colliers International brand staring the Toowoomba office in 2009. During his time within the Real Estate Industry Dan has been responsible across all facets of Commercial Sales and Leasing sector, as well as the Commercial and Residential Property Management departments. Dan has played a part in many major deals, acquisitions and valuations throughout his time in Real Estate. Yet, if he was to summarise his number one accomplishment during his time in the industry it would be the ground work his Toowoomba office has achieved in making their mark among the local market. Growing from a small but mighty team of five, into a now diverse team of thirty-five in a short period, Dan couldn't be prouder of his teams brand awareness and market share.
