Danielle Mariu

Danielle’s family have been part of the Hedland community for the last 30 years. Danielle was born and raised in Port Hedland and has become an integral part of the Hedland community. She is now raising her young family, in the town she calls home. Danielle has gained experience in buying and selling property while building her own investment portfolio over the past ten years. She bought very first property at auction in South Hedland, at the tender age of only 19. Her passion for customer service and property led her to pursue a career in real estate. In the past 3 years Danielle has developed all the skills and techniques required to make a great senior sales consultant. It is no surprise that Danielle has been awarded STATE recognition every year since launching her career in Real Estate. Awards range from ‘Rooky’ State awards 6 times in her first year for most amount of listings sold in WA, ‘Directors Award’ for excellence at the AUSNET Best of the Best 2014 annual awards, Highest Ranked Sales Agent for 2015 in the Crawford Property Group annual awards and two years in a row being inducted into the 16-20-million-dollar club with REIWA for state recognition for outstanding performance in her industry for 2015 & 2016. To date Danielle has constantly sold more houses per month, than ANY OTHER sales consultant servicing the Hedland area. In 2015 Danielle sold 43% of EVERY property sold for the entire year – with her closest competitor selling only 22% for the year. Whilst many other agencies are lucky to sell FOUR houses a month Danielle is selling on average DOUBLE these numbers per week – not bad for a slow and depressed market. With the skills, techniques and attitude to get the job done, Danielle certainly offers a very different approach to what has been typically used in Hedland – offering a unique, yet positive approach to selling properties – this is her point of difference in the market place
