Darren has worked in real estate since 2003 and is inspired to see people grow and to provide a world-class working environment at O'Brien Real Estate. As a co-director Darren shares the vision to grow while still incorporating family values, mutuality, realising potential, embracing change and the importance of nurturing health and energy. Darren relishes the opportunity to share his vision and success with more than 300 individuals across the O'Brien Real Estate franchise, which has grown substantially over the past six years to dominate Melbourne's southeast corridor. He thrives on knowing that every day in real estate is different and brings ever-changing challenges and rewards. Darren also loves seeing the positive impact of exciting technological changes in the industry and how it enhances real estate transactions. Growth of the business is high on Darren's list of goals for the future, while remaining focused on the people that make it happen - staff and clients.
