In the past 12 months, David has personally sold more than $200m worth of property. A Sutherland Shire local, David co-founded Highland Property Agents in 2007 with his father, Peter Highland. Together, they have grown the business from six staff to a team of more than 85 people. As Managing Director, David inspires his team to provide a personalised real estate experience for clients. Every week, he oversees staff health and fitness programmes to bring the team closer together and cultivate a company culture of trust, reliability, and resilience.
