David Monfries

David began his career in real estate over 20 years ago as a Property Manager in Adelaide. He then worked in London as a Lettings Negotiator during the mid 90's. On his return to Australia David joined a large real estate company as a Property Consultant and successfully matched people with property for many years. His self-belief and determination to fully understand this industry has helped David to get to the position he holds today. The ever-changing landscape has to be consistently researched to enable David to assist his purchaser and vendors every step of the way. David and his wife Anna and four children, Max, Jemima, Piper and Oliver enjoy the company of their family and friends and given time David loves to play golf at his club, Kooyonga. David loves life, people and all the world has to offer. He is extremely positive and will make it happen.
