Humble, while exceptionally motivated, David leads and mentors his network of professionals to ensure each and every client is met with a level of service that is rewarded with repeat and referral business. We specialise in "old fashioned service". While we have embraced the advances in technology, you can't underestimate the importance of verbal communication. One of the founding partners, David still remains active within the business and manages the first Jim Aitken & Partners office that is based at the Lennox Centre which opened over two decades ago. "For some, it seems like the focus is to sell homes quickly. For us, we prefer to invest in advertising and allow the market time to respond". David acknowledges that while his hair colour has changed over the past twenty years, he still carries the same enthusiasm that he brought on his first day.
