ABOUT DAVIN TAN 
Davin has been involved in the Real Estate Industry for two decades and has been in the family business at the successful Century 21 Joseph Tan Real Estate office. 

Having lived and grown up in the Hills District, Davin possesses an excellent local knowledge and passion for the area he lives and works in. Davin believes that he can make a difference in the Hills District, by following the office philosophy of 'always doing what is right' and providing the best possible service for our clients. 

Davin has graduated with honours in Bachelor of Civil Engineering, worked overseas for an international company and also for a project management company in North Sydney. He has succeeded in every challenge he has faced and believes that every property is a challenge to be conquered. 

Davin says that - 'the most satisfying moment is when a purchaser has obtained their dream home and the vendors achieve a price far beyond their expectations, through good marketing and great negotiation skills'.
