Having had the privilege of learning the ropes from his father, John Kontek, a well-known and respected real estate agent in the Melton area, Eric’s name proceeds him in his local area of Melton and the surrounding suburbs, where everyone knows someone whose house was sold by the Kontek family in the last 50 years. Eric also takes a proactive role in the training and mentoring of his staff, ensuring they are well equipped with the skills to succeed in the industry, placing a heavy importance on professional development for his team.
