Geoff is the Director and Licensee of Raine & Horne Gosford which currently holds the distinguished honour of being the 2nd ranked sales Raine & Horne office in Australia for 2020. We have also just been awarded No 1 office in Australia for Property Management. Geoff has just clicked over 41 years’ experience in real estate, a licenced Real Estate Agent, Stock & Station Agent and Auctioneer. Geoff started his career in Sydney in 1985 working for an International C & I Agency before moving back to Gosford in 1990 purchasing with his wife Gosford Real Estate which has now evolved to Raine & Horne Gosford. Being local this was a natural progression having grown up in the area attending St Edwards and Gosford High School. Geoff’s experience, knowledge & negotiation skills have seen him become a leading agent on the Central Coast assisting countless people buy their dream homes and sellers to realise the maximum possible price for their properties – as his numerous satisfied clients will testify. Project Management and Sales have now become a large part of my portfolio having now sold in excess of $100,000,000 worth of projects in the last 12 months. We now have 9 full-time salespeople including one multilingual salesperson of Chinese origin catering for the ever-growing Chinese market.
