Nelson Bay Real Estate opened in 1980 and has been "Your Local Agent" (as our signboards say) since that time.
Heath joined the sales team in 1994, became sales manager in 2000, general manager in 2005, and purchased the business in 2007. Since that time we have expanded into large new premises in the heart of Nelson Bay, and opened a second office, Tilligerry Real Estate ("Your NEW Local Agent") at Tanilba Bay in 2019. 
We have a team of 6 salespeople, working from both offices, and experienced property managers managing residential, commercial and industrial property. As well as general property sales and rentals (which is the core of our business), we have sold many properties on behalf of The NSW Trustee and Guardian, and for mortgagees and liquidators; having been appointed by firms such as Legal Stream, Allmain, APAC, Tagma, & Portfolio; on behalf of many major lenders. Heath has appeared as a guest speaker in the capacity of an experienced agent in the Mortgagee-in-Possession process, after successfully selling many MIP properties when, for a time, Nelson Bay had the highest number of property repossessions in NSW. .
