Dealt with Personal Bankrupticies and Corporate Insolvencies Accountants / Solicitors extensively in Sydney. Only had one small corporate insolvency here In Qld . A Commercial / Industrial site in North St Harlaxton (Regional of Toowoomba Qld). Sold for 1.4 Mil - been for sale for many yrs and had been through 2 x previous Auction agents one of which cost the owners $30,000. I charge $3 - $4,000 by the way but my commission is higher at 3.3% Oddly never have had a MIP here in Qld. Main sales niche between 1 Mil and 3 Mil with our most expensive at 2.977 Mil Can provide a list of pertinent sales in a LC Area if you wish Seemingly our market lies SSC, Bris/Ipswich, Morayfield, Somerset, Scenic Rim and Toowoomba RC areas. Qld being so huge I’m reluctant to venture much further.
