The driving force behind APAC Group and with over 10 years property experience, Licensed Real Estate Agent James Walsh is also a Qualified Finance Broker and Property Valuer, making his expertise and knowledge invaluable. During his career, he has sold in excess of 2000 properties, ranging from multi-million-dollar residential homes in Sydney to commercial buildings in Melbourne and even wineries in South Australia. James is a specialist in implementing successful sales strategies and has rapidly earned a reputation for his commitment to achieving excellent results, whilst maintaining the utmost integrity – a rare and endearing quality. Born and raised in Cronulla, James not only has a deep fondness for the area but also possesses a unique perspective and intimate knowledge of the local property market. Combine this with his strong personal and community ties, it’s easy to see why James is so well respected by clients and colleagues alike. Always keen to broaden his skills, James is currently undertaking a Bachelor Degree in Property Economics.
