Now in her 3rd year with JRW, Janice has become familiar with all facets of the business enabling her to possess vast knowledge of real estate and has become the go-to person for office support and staff/client relations. Janice’s hard working ethics and diverse communication methods are derived from her 7 years of work as a creative in the demanding and fast paced fashion industry. With such diverse skill-sets, Janice has developed a high level of organisation with strong abilities to adapt quickly in varied scenarios as well as, efficient approaches to problem solving and exceptional delivery of customer service. A local to the Monash area, Janice was brought up within the fast growing environment of the inner eastern suburbs and understands the needs of its diverse demography within the area. She is bilingual in Cantonese and English and loves nothing more than spending time with her family on her days off.
