John Paras

John, a former Principal of Raine & Horne Kensington, sold the business over a decade ago and then took on senior sales management roles, creating high-performing teams in sales and property management.

He's focus now is selling residential and commercial property where he has personally overseen more than 1,000 transactions across Sydney in particular the Eastern Suburbs.

John’s success is driven by repeat business and long-standing client relationships, many of which date back to his earliest days in real estate. At the heart of his approach, is his desire to always help others. He finds genuine joy in supporting his clients and mentoring fellow real estate agents—many of whom regularly seek his advice.
