Very few people can say that they have been employed in the same position for over 23 years.

Josh Staines certainly can!
From the very young age of 15 Josh joined a successful Taree retail business and enjoyed a career totaling over two decades. In that time Josh learnt all things retail along with developing amazing people skills which have helped him tremendously in his transition to servicing vendors and purchasers within the local real estate industry.
Josh has traveled the length and breadth of the beautiful Manning Valley servicing clients and that is what he will continue to do here at Elders Real Estate Taree.
Josh recently purchased his first home with his partner Natalie & after seeing the process first hand he started thinking how enjoyable the experience was.
This is when Josh began to think about how he would love to help home buyers and sellers enjoy the experience of selling and buying all types of real estate.
If Josh isn’t out and about listing or showing properties, you will find him on the golf course or floating around the ocean fishing with his family and friends.
