Joshua Waters

With over 11 year’s of experience in the property industry, Joshua Waters has a strong background in many aspects of the real estate market. Having graduated from UQ with a Degree in Business Management majoring in Real Estate and Development and also being a Registered Valuer, Joshua prides himself on his qualified and professional approach to achieving the best result from all situations. Prior to joining LJ Hooker Aspley, Joshua spent 5 years working for Mirvac, one of Australia’s largest and most successful property development and investment companies. During his time at Mirvac, Joshua was responsible for residential development acquisitions in Queensland and was subsequently involved in the acquisition and management of many of Mirvac’s key projects in Queensland. Preceding Mirvac, Joshua worked for international property firm CBRE where he specialized in the valuation of retail, commercial, industrial and residential development properties for lenders and private clients. It is through these previous roles that Joshua learnt the value of good communication, genuine attention to detail and exceptional negotiation skills, all whilst ensuring a strong client focus. Joshua has a unique ability to understand the market and utilise his skills to assist others in achieving the best outcome from every situation whilst demonstrating the upmost integrity and honesty with all parties involved.
