Joyce brings 20+ years' experience from around the world to Cape Realty. Joyce understands people and what motivates them. Having pursued her career with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Joyce honed her skills as a communicator and deal broker across a variety of international conferences working with dignitaries such as then-Secretary General, Kofi Annan, Joyce negotiated a wide variety of projects for the UN across two continents. Joyce then moved to Singapore, where she lectured in political economy and then took a role with the American Chamber of Commerce. In 2003 she finally she decided to start her own business, The Hidden Host a catering and events management company, creating and managing fabulous corporate events for a clientele spanning the banking, oil/gas/mining and advertising industries. This led to a natural expansion to opening a wine bar called Speakeasy in 2008, one of Singapore’s favourite bars among the cognoscenti. In 2013 Joyce decided to move to our stunning corner of the world and begin a new chapter of her life in Yallingup.
