I have well over 30 years experience in this industry. I commenced my career in 1992. I became the youngest franchise owner in the LJ Hooker Network and the first sole female franchise owner in the history of the company with 632 offices Australia wide. I was inducted into the the Multi Million Dollar Chapter - the elite sales club within our Network which represented the agents with highest number of sales and largest GCI and after achieving this for 5 consecutive years I was inducted as a life member of the Multi Million Dollar Chapter. I became Franchise owner of the year in 2002. Soon after I was inducted into the prestigious Admiral Club which was the elite leadership team within our Network. I had a team of 26 employees and I ran a highly successful sale and property management business. I eventually sold my business 18 months after the birth of my 5th Child.

I am an accredited Auctioneer, I have a Bachelor of Valuation, Master Degree in Property Development and Master Degree in Real Estate Investment.

My youngest child has completed his HSC last year. Real Estate is my passion and my identity. What I love most about it is helping people achieve their goals and guiding them through what can be a very stressful transaction especially if they are given the wrong advice or if they are in the wrong hands. I pride myself on achieving above average sale results.

I value the Eastern Suburbs community which I have had the privilege to experience and be a part of through my childrens' rugby, surf lifesaving and school communities. I am proud to have 4 sons who are involved with the Randwick Rugby Club which enables us to maintain close relations with the local community.

I re-entered the industry approximately 2 years ago. I initially joined the McGrath Network and I was then head hunted and offered a position within the Sothebys network. I made the decision to resign from Sothebys in January this year to start my sales career with PPD (there are 3 offices, Coogee, Woollahra and North Bondi), I believe PPD is the best place for me to grow and build my brand as we align with the commitment to excellence, integrity, honesty at all times and humility.

I have been involved in Auction campaigns this year as second agent - not the lead agent yet. I have several listing opportunities on the rise, that will give me the opportunity to be the lead agent. Currently I don't have a lead role. I can provide names and numbers of the buyers and sellers in these listings for a reference on my performance.

This would be my chance to show the Eastern Suburbs community that I have what it takes as well as demonstrate my integrity and the ability to extract the best possible price from the market. I hold myself to a high standard of humility, professionalism, discretion and attention to detail with the highest level of communication skills

I have a very long standing professional relationship with Trish Rogers who has the largest Compliance Training School in the industry - it is called Real Mastery. I can also provide her details if required as she was working as our Area Manager in the LJ Hooker Network.
