Kelly Reardon

A true local, born and bred in Warwick.

Real Estate has been part of Kelly’s life from an early age with her grandfather Bob Wade owning Bob Wade Real Estate in Dalby, then her parents Stuart and Susanne Wade opening Bob Wade Real Estate in Warwick in 1987. The business transitioned to Wade Real Estate in 1990s.

Kelly’s journey in real estate commenced in 2004, where she started in the property management side, transitioning to sales in 2007. In this time, she learnt a lot from her father and was mentored by another well regarded sales agent Denis Courtney.

In 2019 Kelly purchased the business from her parents in what is now the third generation of Wade’s to run Wade Real Estate and as a mother of four sons hopefully the business will become fourth generational.

As the principal and sole Director of Wade Real Estate, Kelly embraces her role as agency leader by ensuring each and every client is delivered superior service.
