It was a natural progression for Kon to take the helm at McGrath Parramatta, having previously been personally chosen by John McGrath to be the Head of Sales for company-owned McGrath Estate Agent offices, leading over 300 agents in 32 offices, recruiting the most outstanding agents in the country.
