As a Licensed Estate Agent and Licensee to LJ Hooker’s Wauchope office, Lance brings a skill set that allows him the diversity to broker real estate transactions from modest apartments to sprawling acreages. Entering the workforce at a young age Lance quickly learnt through the roles he held many valuable skills that have catapulted him towards success across the real estate sector. Lance has experience in upper management, finance and real estate and can be seen as a chameleon due to the many ‘hats’ he wears in his day to day dealings in real estate. Having grown up surrounded by real estate, you could say that it’s in his blood and he now enters his 9th year as a real estate professional. 26 years on and Lance is still incredibly passionate about the place he calls ‘home’. The Hastings Valley lifestyle is at your fingertips… Swimming, mountain bike riding, boating, fishing and wineries all within easy reach. Not only is Lance incredibly likeable but he brings to his role a passion for helping people. He thrives on helping and seeing those around him succeed.
