With over 21 years of property experience, Director Amber Werchon has been involved in over 4,300 sales valued at over $2.4 billion. With a life-long passion for property, Amber chose a career in real estate rather than a tertiary education, despite having finished year 12 at a local high school in the top 5% of the state.

Quickly progressing from reception through to property management and then sales by the tender age of 18, Amber's incredible achievements as a young woman in what was at the time a male dominated profession attracted national media attention.

Collecting numerous industry accolades along the way, Amber opened her own independent agency, Amber Werchon Property (AWP) in 2008. Within a short time, AWP had become the leading agency in the area with a high performing team who regularly achieve record results off the back of exceptional levels of customer service.

Amber's natural empathy, close community ties and strong leadership continue to play a fundamental role in the day-to-day success of the business, while the work-life balance she's achieved as the mother of three young children provides an effective model for both her team and industry peers.

Amber was the REIQ Zone Chair for 4 consecutive years from 2014 to 2017 and is a sought-after keynote speaker at high profile events, Amber has become a well-recognised industry spokesperson and continues to be regularly featured in the media.
