Loretta Butler

Loretta is an industry heavy weight with decades of experience spanning the full spectrum of real estate. Starting her career in residential property, she made a name for herself in sales and property management. Having over 34 years’ experience in Real Estate, 10 of those years owning an Agency in Sydney and now for over 10 years in Jervis Bay, she is uniquely qualified to offer a wealth of experience and industry knowledge in areas such as Residential/Commercial Sales and Residential/Commercial Property Management. Being a former State Delegate for the Real Estate Institute of NSW and a past committee member for a Division of the REI, Loretta endeavoured to promote the concerns of the community through her involvement with the Institute in areas such as Code of Ethics for Agents and lobbying the State Government for a reduction in Stamp Duty for purchasers. Having worked hard over the years she has built a solid foundation where her clients often refer her to their family and friends. Loretta takes pride in giving her clients honest feedback and encourages all who work in real estate to constantly improve their skills with coaching, training and attending seminars/webinars. Loretta has set many a benchmark sale/leasing price for properties ranging from units, villas/townhouses, houses, waterfronts, commercial properties, development sites, retail shopping centres and land sub-divisions with her marketing techniques and strong negotiation skills. With this industry experience she is often called on by Valuers and other property professionals for advice and guidance in this highly technical field. A love of Real Estate and doing the “right thing” has been her driving force and is what underpins Loretta’s dedication and service to the industry.
