As Co-principal of Belle Property Seaforth and Belle Property Frenchs Forest, Matt Brady is renowned for being a tenacious and highly effective negotiator. Matt brings over 20 years of local sales experience to his role and is consistently ranked among the Top 10 Agents within Belle Property Australasia. Shaping his career from an early age, Matt decided at the young age of 23 to franchise his own real estate office under the PRDnationwide licence, which later became Belle Property Seaforth. Matt has been the recipient of the NSW Real Estate Institute's prestigious Novice Auctioneers Competition and has ranked Top 1% nationally for Sale with PRDnationwide. In 2005, Matt collaborated with long-time friend and highly experienced Northern Beaches real estate specialist, Tania Paris. Tania and Matt’s shared passion for real estate sales and dedication to expert customer service have made them one of the most successful agencies along Sydney’s Northern Beaches. A longstanding resident and active member of the Lower Northern Beaches community, Matt is a firm advocate of the desirable lifestyle.
