We have a thorough process when qualifying buyers (How serious are they in the purchase so they don’t simply cool off/ change their mind after signing a contract and ensuring they are financially strong). Simon Beck is an independent finance broker who generally qualifies our buyers even though, they aren’t going through him. It’s just for a 2nd opinion so we can make our recommendation about the offer received. Our business is naturally expanding through referrals from past home owners, buyers, Open Agent, Vengent, Sell My Castle, Rate My Agent and other Harcourts employees from different offices. We have sold ex-display homes and rentals for Dechellis Homes, Hickinbotham, Henley and Lendlease. Also, we are very experienced with Mortgagee sales, Deceased estates and we continue to sell for Vendorable, the Public Trustee, Australian Executor Trustees and SA Housing/ Affordable Homes Program.
