As McGrath’s first agent to operate in the St George/ Sutherland Shire area Matthew King quickly rose to become one of the company’s leading agents and is now recognised in the REB Top 100 Agents Nationally. Matthew quickly rose to the position of Principal and now has three McGrath offices at Revesby, Brighton-Le-Sands and St George. His primary goal is to achieve the best results for his clients, reflected in an outstanding record of total sales exceeding $850 million. His skillset as an agent was on display in achieving the highest sale price and biggest margin over reserve ever, on the hit Channel 9 TV show "The Block" for contestants who had previously used him to sell their own home.
