Matthew Podesta commenced his professional career in the Real Estate industry in 2004. Since that time he has become well versed in the sale and management of modest highway units through to multimillion dollar residences. A natural trait of Matthew’s is to build genuine relationships with those around him and that has been the foundation of his business success. Matthew has an enviable reputation for the relationships he has developed with both business people and the general public in his community. Before establishing his own company, Matthew worked with a large Western Australian real estate group where he gained valuable business and management skills. This experience resulted in the creation of Mont Property in 2008. The company has since grown and become a well known brand and successful organisation, due largely to Matthew’s entrepreneurial skills and uncanny ability to sense and explore opportunities. Matthew is a strong advocate for the development of youth in business. He believes in giving people a go and helping them to be their best. Matthew is most proud of being able to afford young people the opportunity to share in the success of his company and become successful business people in their own right.
