A (Class 1) licensed Real Estate Agent and Senior Sales Executive with over 30 years experience behind him, Michael specialises in residential sales and developments in the Eastern Suburbs and he is a valuable member of our successful Sales Team, with a proven track record and extensive knowledge of the local area.

 

Michael started his career in 1994 with an independent office as a Sales Consultant at Maloney Realty in Eastlakes and later making the move to L J Hooker Kingsford then onto LJ Hooker Maroubra in 1998 for its brand profile and ongoing training, to be at the forefront of the industry in skills and knowledge. He became a member of the LJ Hooker Captains Club that Michael qualified for this elite group of performers in the top 15% of Real Estate Sales Professionals from LJ Hooker’s 2500 sales people, from over 700 offices in Australia and New Zealand. Also a 21 Club Member for employees of LJ Hooker who have been with the Company for 21 continuous years or more. 

 

 

Michael was a Director and a senior sales person in the office with his focus is on sales and marketing property throughout the Eastern Suburbs, combining his exceptional negotiating skills with an honest and personal approach that has proven to be a success where he enthusiastically meets the needs of all his clientele. He has lived and worked in the Eastern Suburbs all his life strengthening his knowledge of the area. His clients, whether buying or selling, benefit directly from his wealth of experience and extensive market knowledge ensuring the process is as seamless as possible.
