Nic Griffith

Nic is a fresh and valued addition to the LJH Nelson Bay team.  Following a 15 year career as Army Officer, travelling the world and helping people in many countries, Nic pursued his passion for real estate in 2015.  He established, directed and currently sits on the board of a property business focused on helping people find and build their dream homes and / or investment properties, focused on multiple markets around Australia. 

He brings with him, the same drive, motivation and processes that helped achieve successful outcomes for his clients over the previous 8 years, and now is focused on doing the same with buyers and sellers in the Nelson Bay area.  He explains "People and their goals are the focus, and achieving the best outcomes for all parties is the number one priority"!

When he's not talking real estate, Nic can be found surfing the amazing waves on offer in the area, coaching and playing Australian Rules Football at the Nelson Bay Marlins, as well as spending quality time with his wife Liz and son Grayson.

He prides himself on his availability, professionalism, people skills and willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done.
