With his wealth of industry knowledge and a passion for paying it forward, Nick’s approach to real estate is pure and simple. He is a cheerleader for his clients, loves learning about each property journey, and is energised by mentoring or helping others build wealth through real estate.

Nick has fine-tuned processes for over a decade and is continually motivated to create awesome experiences for his clients and staff. His intricate knowledge of different micro-markets throughout the region is not to be sneezed at, with his specialty lying with newer homes and estates in and around the increasingly-popular outer rings of Newcastle. For Nick, a winning property sale is heavily influenced by the selling agent, the chosen strategy and impressive presentation.

Outside of work life, when he’s not on the golf course challenging a handicap that’s far too high or enjoying the salt water, you’ll find Nick relaxing with his wife Jess and beautiful daughter Poppy. 

Nick is as humble and down-to-earth as they come and is keen to continue to partner with the local charities and sports clubs he’s built relationships with over the years.
