Nigel Mcallister

Entering the real estate industry in 1995, Nigel McAllister brings a wealth of knowledge to all clients he represents. In 2001 Nigel obtained his real estate licence and began auctioneering after winning the Real Estate Institute’s novice auctioneers competition. Now as a licenced sales agent and practicing auctioneer, Nigel brings the two disciplines together to provide his clients with a highly skilled approach in strategizing their sale for maximum outcome. Accepting nothing less than the very best price a property can achieve, Nigel demonstrated his success in the 2013/14 financial year being the only agent in McGrath Sutherland Shire to auction more than 20 properties with a 100 percent clearance rate. This has been backed up with a 100% clearance rate in the 2015 calendar year across 23 properties and twice being awarded with the best auction clearance in McGrath Sutherland Shire. In his own words, Nigel says his key points of difference are his focus and attention to detail with every property he sells. “I am involved in every aspect of the sale, from the marketing, to the open houses and of course the negotiation of the sale price. Many agents have others run open homes on their behalf and coordinate marketing they may not even see; however it is these areas that my personal involvement and experience can make a difference. Whilst my support team work with me and are always there to assist, I believe this should never take the place of my own involvement in the sale and accountability to my clients.” Nigel has also demonstrated his success with house price records being achieved in the suburbs of Kangaroo Point, Sylvania, Kareela, Como, Oyster Bay and Bonnet Bay.
