Real Estate Sales, Valuations and Auctioneer for C. A. Brown Associates and Moree Real Estate. Was firstly employed as Dryland Salesman and Valuer by Cliff Brown/Moree Real Estate. I am now the owner of the business and focus my time between management, sales and valuations. Our Firm is retained by all the Banks and other Lending Institutions including Credit Unions and Building Societies in North West New South Wales and Southern Queensland, to advise on valuation matters. We are also partners of the company Govval Pty Ltd which is the current contractor for the Valuer General for the Tamworth District. Government Valuations are a major part of our valuation practice. We are also retained by Cotton Grower organisations to give advice on Water/Valuation matters. In recent times, this has extended to advise on the Government buyback on behalf of the Minister For The Environment. Our practice centres on Moree, but we do cover a wide area of New South Wales and Queensland.
