Paul Schmidt-Lee

Paul is a long term resident of Toowoomba, having raised his family in the area over the past 20 years.  After retiring from the Australia Defence Force in 2006, Paul commence his real estate career as a Sales Consultant in the Residential market. Paul took on the additional challenge of residential property management in 2015 when he developed his industry renowned expertise in property leasing and management.  In 2015, Paul made the move to Commercial Property Management where he oversaw 400+ properties.  In December 2021 Paul purchased the Ray White Commercial Toowoomba business where is the licensed Principal.  Under Paul's leadership, Ray White Commercial Toowoomba continues to be one of the highest performing offices in the Ray White Commercial network. Paul is an active member of Toowoomba Metropolitan Rotary Club.  Through his many years of business and community involvement, Paul is well known and respected throughout the local community.
